The Roch stability testing method was developed together with experts in the fields of metallurgy and structural analysis. State-certified appraisers have audited and verified the results on a regular basis.
 
We conduct ongoing extensive research and studies regarding causes of damage and the history of claims for damages related to pole and mast systems. The results are immediately integrated into our work. And we subject our services and performance to regular auditing by independent organisations and experts.

Well-trained employees are the foundation for high quality standards. Consequently, our employees are continuously trained in our own street lighting competence centre, thereby obtaining the necessary qualifications and the awareness of the responsibility they have towards our customers.

 

Accreditation:

Roch Services GmbH is a test laboratory accredited under DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Germany's National Accreditation Body (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle, DAkkS) awarded accreditation for the following scope of application:

"Non-destructive testing (load testing) of the structural stability of poles, masts, pylons, and similar vertically mounted systems".

The independent Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS, German Accreditation Body) regularly monitors both the management system as well as the technical expertise of Roch Services GmbH.

Certification:

Since the founding of the company, we applied a quality management system that is audited and certified by the DQS Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen mbH (German Registrar for Management Systems) pursuant to the international DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard.
